Silver Reflective DTF produces a high-visibility reflective silver effect that activates under direct light such as camera flash, headlights, or strong spot lighting. Under normal lighting, the print appears light gray to silver; when illuminated, it reflects brightly.

This specialty film is commonly used for safety-related garments, workwear, event apparel, and designs where visibility under flash or low-light conditions is required. No vinyl layering or specialty inks needed.

We use advanced silver reflective heat transfer technology to ensure every intricate detail remains crisp and easy to press. These transfers adhere perfectly to cotton, polyester, and performance blends, maintaining their reflective properties and structural integrity through dozens of wash cycles.

Ready to Print Gang Sheet Guidelines:

📐 Artwork Specs:

• Artwork must be 100% white
• Use 300dpi or higher resolution for quality.
• No screenshots; original designs only.
  
• Preferred file type: PNG.
• Remove background.
• Don't mirror files.
• Artwork size as you want it printed.
• Confirm copyright.
• Avoid gradients and micro lines. (Minimum line weight 2pt.)

🔥 Heat Press Steps:

1. Pre-press garment.
2. Press at 260-300°F for 13 seconds. (300°F for 100% cotton, 260°F for 100% polyester, for blends of cotton and polyester, adjust accordingly. Ex. 50% / 50% = 280°F)
3. Allow to cool completely - Very Important
4. Peel clear sheet after cooling. 
5. Cover with teflon or parchment, press again for 5 seconds.

🧼 Care Instructions:

• Machine wash cold.
• Turn inside out.
• Avoid bleach or OxiClean.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.
