Glow in the Dark DTF is a specialty Direct-to-Film transfer that absorbs light and emits a green glow in low-light or dark environments. Under normal lighting, the print appears matte to semi-matte; when lights go out, the glow effect activates.

This film is ideal for fashion apparel, event wear, novelty designs, kids’ clothing, and statement pieces where visibility in the dark adds value. No vinyl layering or specialty inks required.

Printed using film-specific workflows to ensure proper adhesion, durability, and consistent glow performance. Glow intensity depends on light exposure and design coverage.

Ready to Print Gang Sheet Guidelines:

📐 Artwork Specs:

• Use 300dpi or higher resolution for quality.
• No screenshots; original designs only.
• White backgrounds print as-is.
• Preferred file type: PNG.
• Remove background.
• Don't mirror files.
• Artwork size as you want it printed.
• Confirm copyright.
• Printed colors may vary. (Exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed)
• There may be slight variations in color for repeat orders.
• Avoid gradients and micro lines. (Minimum line weight 2pt.)

🔥 Heat Press Steps:

1. Pre-press garment.
2. Press at 260-300°F for 13 seconds. (300°F for 100% cotton, 260°F for 100% polyester, for blends of cotton and polyester, adjust accordingly. Ex. 50% / 50% = 280°F)
3. Allow to cool completely - Very Important
4. Peel clear sheet after cooling. 
5. Cover with teflon or parchment, press again for 5 seconds.

🧼 Care Instructions:

• Machine wash cold.
• Turn inside out.
• Avoid bleach or OxiClean.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.
