a. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned product and confirm the defect or damage, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, according to your preference.

b. Incorrect Orders: If we have shipped the wrong product or design that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the error, we will either send the correct product or issue a refund, as per your request.

2. Refunds

a. Defective or Damaged Products: If you choose a refund for a defective or damaged product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

b. Incorrect Orders: If you prefer a refund for an incorrect order, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made or personalized products that are not defective or incorrect. We cannot accept returns on items that were ordered with specific customizations unless they are defective or incorrect.
